Who we are

Caerus & Co (ABN 67 578 210 758) is an Australian business that connects recruitment firms with companies showing live hiring demand.

What we collect

Business contact information (names, roles, work email addresses, business phone numbers) that has been published publicly — for example on a company's own website — and correspondence you send us. We also use publicly available business information such as government contract-award and development-application data.

What we use it for

To contact businesses about services relevant to them, to operate our client engagements, and to respond to enquiries. We send commercial email only where the Spam Act 2003 permits it, every message identifies us, and every message contains a working way to opt out.

Opting out

Reply "no thanks" to any email from us — or email cooper@caerusgrowth.au — and you will not hear from us again. Opt-outs are honoured permanently.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not sell or hand over contact lists. When an individual agrees to be introduced to one of our clients, we pass that client the details needed for the introduction — and only then, and only for that purpose. We use reputable third-party service providers (for email, scheduling and file storage) who process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Storage & security

Information is held on access-controlled systems and kept only as long as it serves the purposes above. Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy standards.
